We’re all given messages as a result of our environment. We’re told “you’re too bossy, too loud, too aggressive, too young.” When we start to internalize some of these comments, believe them, make ourselves smaller, and stop taking up space, we're then told we have imposter syndrome. Come on.
Instead of telling us we have imposter sydrome, hand us a microphone.
